If you need an app to dictate anything longer than a brief thought, then this fails miserably. I tried to dictate a paragraph for a report, the text is no more than a full minute, and dictation basically crashed. This is completely useless for almost every practical task. The documentation should really specify the word/time limitations that the app can handle.

I am really impressed with this recording device. In fact I will continue to use it as a tool on business. When I have an idea I speak it out quick and then drop it in an email and then send it to myself so I can convert it into any format just like this post

What a piece of JUNK!!! Cannot get it to work: Will not record. Under Settings, I cannot even get it to respond to the "Contact Us" or "Rate Us" options. It is a piece of junk that was quick to take my money but unresponsive thereafter.

Worked great for about 4 times and then errors out with "you are not authorized to use this service. contact your service provider." I emailed the contact information to no avail. This is a fraud app - maybe they want more money, but let you flounder with a non-working app.... Apple - please note - this app should be removed from the store. Also, I want my money back.

The app is extremely useful. Not complicated. Moreover, it delivers what has been promised: an app that makes dictation fun, fast, and hassle free.

This is app is a waste of money. Same problem as everyone else. No help from their "24/7 support" desk. Thanks for nothing

You can't use it for nothing you speak something and it understand anther thing pleas don download it

This app worked for one paper, and them give an error message that said " I'm not authorized to use the app any longer, so I said you are not authorized to take my money any more, If this is not solved by tomorrow I'm calling my bank and fighting the charges, I don't care if it is one dollar !! Is the principles !! Shut we all summit an app and make a dollar a per person ?

Just got it now! Just using it to record class note! The message pops up after I use it for about 10-15 minutes! Now re-downloading or refreshing wouldn't do a thing! Biggest advice - if u don't have to have it, don't get it!

App refuses to capitalize any letter. Even the word "I" is "i". Only way to cap is to do it manually. Very frustrating. Piece of junk!

It almost works for about ten tries. If I were the makers of Pages, I would make sure apple removes this app. If fails the day you buy it.

It appears this application counts how many times you've used it and then gives you an error message, making it impossible to use. Even deleting and downloading it does not solve the problem. Waiting a few days and then reinstalling it will give you around 10 more uses before giving the error message again. The developers' message is "take the money and run"!

App is not worth a hoot. I should have stuck to my gut feeling. The dang thing won't add punctuation. So you have to go back and correct everything. I know you don't have time for that crap. So pass it up.

And hadn't been five minutes and a window came up said I was an unauthorized user. To contact my service provider. .what the ....

This product calls itself dictation for pages. It is not it's a total waste of time. It has no type of integration with pages you have to type in their program and paste it into pages. That defeats the whole purpose. Then you can only dictate 20 messages a day. How can I get my money back?

Bought the app despite some reviews... I thought "how bad right". Well it took me less than 5 minutes to find out. It stops capturing and process at the minimum pause. That renders it useless! I sent a request to get a refund but reading at some of the comments here I am not expecting to get a reply from the developer. Serves me right for not reading more revies.

Keeps crashing, telling me to contact my service provider, DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY... If I could I would give it a negative rating. J Sibick

The app worked long enough for me to load the $10 Pages app to make this app the miracle it promised. Then it absolutely stopped with an error message to contact my service provider. I tried home wi-fi, Starbucks wi-fi, 3G, reloading and using it on iPhone instead of iPad. Not only did I waste the money, but without dictation I am left with very little time to type the 40,000 words I have due at 5:00 p.m.

It was working great for a few minutes. Now I get an error stating I'm not an authorized user and now I'm locked out! Huge bummer!

The developer of this app should feel ashamed for selling this app. It promised much but delivered for about three minutes. Like other previous buyers, I received an error message and now the app is rendered useless. What a waste of money but most importantly it feels like a scam. Hard words coming from an app user who knows things may happen. I hope the developer is diligently working on a fix for this app. However in the meantime, buyer beware and do not buy this app. I can only rate it one star but would like to rate it negative ten. Unfortunately, you don't have that star!

Except for the occasional rejection error, which you just have to wait to go away.

I have been receiving the same message that I am not authorized but if you go and delete it from you open programs in the multitasking bar it will reset and let you use it. It's a pain but at least it's a temporary fix so you can app.

This app worked great and seemed like an amazing time saver for about 5 min. But then it gives you a message that you are unauthorized to use it and stops working. E-mailing the creators gets you no response as well, even though they promise a quick response in the app description. I would give 5 stars if they do an update that fixes the problem. Right now don't waste your money.

This is a great app if it was not broken. It usually fixes it self by the next day but you only get about 15 minutes until error occurs. If it gets fixed it will be best voice dictation app.

I was really enjoying the use of this app until it told me I no longer had authorization to use it and I needed to contact my service provider. What exactly is that supposed to mean? I want my money back or fix the problem!

It worked for 10 min on my iPhone 4 then it took a dump. It says I'm not authorized to use this service. It uses dragon naturally speaking as its engine which is the same as Siri but for some reason this app crashed. I'm very disappointed. I emailed the developer but no message back yet. How do I go about a refund ?

It is very functional and accurate. It is the best one out there right now.

If you turn off the end delay you can speak normally and the software is pretty good at picking up syntax.

It let me type one sentence. That's it. Now every time I click the microphone to record a second sentence it is on for maybe 3 seconds then goes off - nothing recorded. Plus you have to type in punctuation! I thought it was hands free! Save your money and don't buy this app!

With the exception of a few (probably slurred words on my part) this app is fantastic, far more accurate than dictation and for the price I'd recommend it to anyone having difficulty either projecting thoughts on paper or for anyone on the go having to write something quick or jot down thoughts. Thanks to the developers! Now my only real gripes are the key pad stays open and doesn't allow me to scroll down to the end of my text. Second and last gripe, although the amount of text is ample, if the word count could be extended say another 500 words that would be fantastic!... Other wise great app!

Solid so far. Still got t see how practical it can be.

Don't normally rate things. But this one WORKS! Can use it a noisy environment. Not perfect but is better than the others I've tried. At last!

I was using this to dictate notes for a class. It automatically turned off for ever pause. So I used my 20 daily chances pretty quick. This is useless until that is overcome.

This worked instantly and without tedious training like dragon!
