Fails to work

It worked for 10 min on my iPhone 4 then it took a dump. It says Im not authorized to use this service.

It uses dragon naturally speaking as its engine which is the same as Siri but for some reason this app crashed. Im very disappointed. I emailed the developer but no message back yet. How do I go about a refund ?
