I want m money back !!!!

This app worked for one paper, and them give an error message that said " Im not authorized to use the app any longer, so I said you are not authorized to take my money any more, If this is not solved by tomorrow Im calling my bank and fighting the charges, I dont care if it is one dollar !! Is the principles !! Shut we all summit an app and make a dollar a per person ?
